Overview:
This is an all inclusive weight loss program. In
addition to the book, users of the plan have
access to the members website where you can view
videos of recommended exercises, create diet
plans and interact with other members. The forum
also gives access to Will Brink and his team of
weight loss consultants.
Summary:
It is hard to argue with
the success of the author. He has proven many
times over that he has the recipe for weight
loss success. In light of the fact that we could
turn up no negative feedback on this book means
it receives a perfect 5 of 5 rating.
